How much does ResidencySpot cost?
Browsing is free, and so is an account, which emails you new matching vacancies every morning. There is one paid plan: Premium at $39 per month, or $99 every 3 months. It opens the full description, the program's contact details and the application link on every vacancy, the contact details and official page link of every program in the directory, and instant email and Telegram alerts for new vacancies. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and a first payment is refunded on request within 14 days.
Can I pay for 3 months at once?
Yes. Premium is $99 every 3 months, which comes to $33 a month, $18 less than paying monthly for as long. It opens exactly what the monthly plan does and renews every 3 months until you cancel, and a first payment is refunded on request within 14 days, as with the monthly plan.
Is ResidencySpot free?
Browsing is free and needs no account: every listing's specialty, track, program year where stated, institution, city, state, date and a short summary. A free account adds saved searches and a daily email of new matching vacancies. The full description, contact details, the application link and instant alerts need Premium.
What is the difference between a free account and Premium?
A free account follows up to 3 saved searches and emails you the new matching vacancies each morning, with each vacancy's specialty, program year, institution, location and date. Premium opens what you need to act on one: the full posting, the program's contact name, email and phone, and the application link, on every vacancy, and the contact and official page link of every program in the directory. It also alerts you by email or Telegram the moment a matching vacancy is posted, for up to 20 saved searches.
Can't I find a program's contact on its own website?
Often, yes, for one program, if you know where to look. Premium is for when you are watching many: it gathers the vacancies programs post on their own sites and specialty boards into one search, tells you the moment a matching one appears, and gives you every program's contact and official page in one place, with the IMG-friendly lists as a spreadsheet. Off-cycle places are filled quickly, so the hours it saves are the hours that matter.
Do I need an account to subscribe?
No. Choose Premium and pay with your email address at checkout. Then sign in with that same address, by a link we email or with Google, and Premium is on your account.
Does it cost anything to post a vacancy or to use the swap board?
No. A program posts a vacancy for free, with no listing fee. The swap board is free with a free account: listing your position, being matched and being introduced to another resident. Premium is only for vacancy and program contacts and instant alerts.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If Premium is not what you expected, ask within 14 days of your first payment and it is refunded in full, no reason needed.
Can I cancel a ResidencySpot subscription?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard, with no fee and no need to contact us. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
